Thanks for that review Peter. Interestingly I emailed Ms Helmick and had a similar rude response. I too was asking a simple question but she made up her mind I was not listening to her and suggested I speak to another CPA. Best advice ever.
Ms. Helmick is not customer service oriented. I had a question about consulting and her firm and she immediately concluded that i didn't know anything in a rude tone. She huge up on me while I was trying to explained her confusion without feeling insulted and then she hung up on me. When I called back to speak she didn't answer the phone and all I had was a simple question because I wanted to learn. She is rude and I don't believe anyone this rude can really care about there clients
