Worst office manager ever, too bad because she is a good doctor
Doctors scare me. I found Dr. Sparks 20 years ago and absolutely love her. We discuss my health, medications, alternatives, etc. I like how she allows me to be active in my health.
Just got out the ER and booked this appointment yesterday based on good faith, the receptionist over the phone Robert seemed to have everything together, and emailed me the new patient form which was when I found out he scheduled me for March 28 at 3:15 an entire month from the Thursday March 2nd at 1pm we originally scheduled. After sending an email to inquire about this my email was failed to be answered which I was told they rarely check emails. The first receptionist I spoke to barely spoke
