The doctor is great. However, the front desk personnel is awful. Even though I had called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late for a 12 month check-up for traffic (that is, beyond my control), and they said it was fin, when I arrived there, they refused to check me in — even though I told them my 1 year old daughter was feeling sick and needed care. Dr Iannotti is very caring, nurturing and humble when taking care of my babies. As a nurse I can say she knows what she is doing her years of experience truly says it all.
