I really appreciated Dr. Chapman's professional and very considerate bedside manner, though her affect was quite stern and a bit stiff. She was knowledgeable and very thorough. She and her office was very efficient and quick with following up on and directing my further care with testing and specialist referrals.

I genuinely like Dr. Chapman. She spends a great amount of time with you not making it feel like she’s rushed to move onto the next person. She thoroughly explains different options and listened to my concerns. I’m very comfortable seeing her.

I have never cried after seeing a doctor until I saw her. She showed no care or concern for my pain or issues. I just had surgery with a very large (9 inch) incision down my abdomen to my groin 3 weeks before which I made her aware of. During her exam, I was in pain. Then she pushed down directly on top of the incision. When I cried out, she said “okay okay” concluding her exam. Left the room without saying anything to me.
