I've been with Vicki brazel's State farm agency for 20 plus years now. I just love everyone in the office I'm always treated with such respect Randy and Katie are great. Trying to cancel the insurance but almost getting the run around. I had to block my phone number to call and cancel otherwise they wouldn't answer the phone. I'm sure they are attempting to bill us one last time so they can collect the interest on the bill because they refuse to provide proof that they cancelled the insurance. They must need a bigger nicer truck than they already drive. I would go with someone else. These are yuppies trying to screw over as many as they can to up their lifestyle.
