Do NOT get any jewelry here. I wish someone had warned us. My fiancee and I had an awful experience with Vicki. The first time we went in it was wonderful, we were well taken care of and Vicki was overly enthusiastic. But be warned, should you need to get a ring re-sized, a pave diamond replaced or return to the store for any reason, Vicki is a lose cannon. She changed her pricing from the time of I received the phone call telling me the ring was ready to my picking it up. She requested cash, saying it could help her save us... read more
Satisfied customer I took four rings to be sized to Vicki, and she did a beautiful job. Thank you, Vicki! I know that she has been having a hard time, because when I first took my rings to her, she had just been robbed. But she treated me very politely, and I am very happy with the work.
Jewelery Vicki Anton's jewelery is great. I've bought several pieces of jewelry for my wife and they have excellent inventory. If you want a one of a kind wedding band go see Vicki.
WARNING Do not go there! Vicki is friendly at first. Then she turns into a nightmare. She's very rude and will hang up in your face. Trying to get money back from her after she made a mistake ordering engangement ring. She tried to get us to pay for it. When we told her no, Vicki said she would refund us our down payment. So far she's only paid 1/4 of what is owed! I repeat! Do not go there! She's a monster!
Worst jeweler Rude, worst customer service. Do not use this jeweler. Vicki will start off crazy enthusiastic and I emphasize the word crazy to get your business. Once my now fiance' decided to use her she went back and forth on the price she quoted; when he was paying cash... So I recommend anyone that is working with her now, make sure she signs a piece of paper with her price quote because it will change. BEST JEWELRY STORE IN BATON ROUGE AND SOURROUND AREA! Wow....can't believe you would say that you received such bad service...perhaps you should look in the mirror first before you begin to sling around dirt about a store or the employees...I have never had better customer service than I have with Vicki Anton's Jewelry...friendly, helpful and eager to teach you what you need to know about diamonds!
