Had the absolute best experience I have ever had at an eye exam today here. The appointment was really early and had to drive through a small blizzard to get to it but way worth it. The Dr was very thorough and nice. I will definitely go back and when it's time for my wife to get her eyes checked again we will be going here even though it's quite a drive for us.
Vickers Eye Care to the rescue for me once again! So grateful they were able to squeeze me in and get my eye taken care of, so I could get the prescription I needed ASAP. It's scary when something goes wrong with your vision, and the entire team had empathy and was super helpful.
Great place to go for eye care. Starting with the receptionists, to the assistants, and the doctors. Very informative and listen to all your questions and giving a detailed response. The only eye clinic I will go to!
I’ve never left a negative review for a smaller business but I feel as though it’s needed. I came in for an eye exam (08.26) and the doctor I was seen by was very dismissive and quite rude - as if I was wasting his time. I also came in today (08.27) and was treated rudely by the front desk person. I was dropping off frames and she was questioning me as if she were speaking to a toddler. I’ve been warned by a handful of people their service lately hasn’t been good, and I unfortunately have to agree. Do better!!!
Great eye clinic! They took the time to make sure the glasses fit properly for a specialized prescription. I really appreciate the care they took to make sure everything was perfect! Great people and a nice office.
