This is PMC BIOGENITCS shipping warehouse now. Access from Bell Ave.
These people are clowns. Went in one of their warehouses - only about one in 10 light bulbs was burning. I asked their warehouse manager about it. She said she'd have to ask someone else, but that they had never replaced a light bulb in 4 or 5 years. They were using the warehouse as both a distribution center, and an auto-repair shop.
