If I have to describe Vivek with two words, that would be THOROUGH PROFESSIONAL. I met him through cold call, without any reference. He was so patient with all the other worldly demand during the entire process of house search, leading to eventual purchase. At no point did he force us to hurry up or scared with market statistics.
