I have been a student for going on 9 months and I absolutely love this studio. I look forward to it every week. The owner is an amazing person and all around great teacher. Very welcoming and accepting atmosphere. I am so very very happy my pole journey has started here. I've gained not only physical strength but mental strength and my confidence grows with each class. I’ve worked out in countless gyms, NOTHING and I mean absolutely nothing beats a full body workout on the pole. If you are looking for a legitimate full body workout, contact the owner Marlena Danise. All genders welcome. You’ll be sweating and sore the very first day. Just make sure to follow your teachers instructions, don’t get ahead of yourself. Stretch before each class. But I have to say I am extremely impressed with their level of experience and training. 💗
