Have been taking my Rocky there for years after Crankys messed the set up. The staff are always very knowledgeable and take the time to help you and make sure it’s done right. Never had an issue and have bought my girls bikes from them. Lucky to have an awesome crew like this in town!
Brought my road bike in on Friday morning, hoping to get a cable repaired on the front derailleur for a Saturday morning ride. Very short notice but Nile was able to get the repairs done within hours! Cannot say enough good things about everyone at Vicious. This will be my go to place from now on! Thanks everyone…😎 If I could make one recommendation it would be to improve the signage on the storefront. I knew they had moved from the trail location, but did not know where. Heard from a friend of their new location.
