I just had an annual service done on my Trek Fuel EX8 at the St. Albert location, and just like the other few times I’ve been to Vicious, the experience was first rate. Very well run and professional service department…keep up the good work!

This is a great place to learn about bikes, and probably buy one too.
I’ve dealt with Vicious a few times, and their sister store Mud Sweat and Gears as well and have always had a great experience. The staff have gone above and beyond to help. Best bike shops in the Edmonton area.
Brought my bike in about half an hour before closs, and they managed to get it back to me just in time. Very pleased with their service and expertise
