On Sunday afternoon my family and I were ran off the road causing our rim to be damaged and tire to blow. We had no spare or any other means of changing a tire. I called Vicious automotive and the owner dropped everything he was doing to come to us,bring a spare to get us to the shop,put the spare on for us in a parking lot. We proceeded to his shop where he put a really good tire on my rim and repaired damage to rim the best he could.Then changed my tire a second time. Charging us a very fair price. I WOULD RATE THIS BUSINESS A ZERO. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR A U-HAUL OR ANYTHING ELSE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
Had my 2007 buick fixed... They did a great job. They know what they are doing. Would recommend them to everyone
Rented a Uhaul from this business. Very unorganized. Did not open until noon on a Saturday. There were 8 people lined up waiting when they opened. I will not rent from that location again! So dirty in there. Nowhere to sit.
