They claim I missed my appointment even though I called to cancel my appointment due to unsatisfactory service multiple times (over 12 times within 2 weeks before the appointment plus another time after I received a text message saying my appointment was still booked) so they keep wasting their money sending me mail to try to charge me $50 for a no show to an appointment I canceled. Really liked my doctor , she was very kind and patient with me
Wait time in waiting room was over 45 minutes. I never met the doctor I was scheduled for. They marked my appointment as missed. Got scam emails trying to collect payment afterwards. 9 months after visiting they are trying to collect a second copay payment. Would not recommend
I haven’t had a provider who cared like this since I was a child. Ashouri cares a lot about her patients and has scheduled over the phone with me multiple times; as well as, taking time out of her own schedule to go over our planned appointment time to figure out complex issues. The other providers I have met are so compassionate and really bring a bright light into difficult times, going above and beyond to make sure you are heard and your problems are addressed.
