I haven’t had a provider who cared like this since I was a child. Ashouri cares a lot about her patients and has scheduled over the phone with me multiple times; as well as, taking time out of her own schedule to go over our planned appointment time to figure out complex issues. The other providers I have met are so compassionate and really bring a bright light into difficult times, going above and beyond to make sure you are heard and your problems are addressed. I love Dr. Bronson she is a great provider and has always been there to help when I have a medical need.
My family and I spent years looking for the right doctor for us. I know that no doctor is perfect, but I wanted someone that was going to take the time and really see us. My children have a lot of medical conditions and I didn't want them to be over looked because they were just another number. This has been my primary care doctor for a couple years now. Dr. Tracy has been absolutely wonderful. She's patient, informative, and genuinely has your best interest at heart. The staff here is truly wonderful all the way around. From the time you check in till the time you leave. I'm going to really miss everyone when I have to move. They deal with a lot of different personalities on a daily basis and they're nothing but kind.
They rarely answer the phone. Doctor gets the wrong orders done for any refferals. Everything is a referral from labs to ultrasounds etc. Horrible customer service
