They have proven themselves to be a shoddy, disingenuous company with their deliberatee mishandling of Morley Galleria in Western Australia. This is a predatory company with dishonest management
I am extremely disappointed with Vicinity Centres' lack of care for Western Australia. They own 50% of the Morley Galleria, which is in desperate need of repair and rebuilding. Many shops have closed, and locals no longer visit the shopping centre. Vicinity Centres has agreed to plans twice, but last year they watered down the 2016 plan by $200 million, making it less than half the amount they originally agreed. The state of Bayside Frankston is an embarrassment. We have to pay for parking but we step out to graffiti, urine, and god knows what else🤬🤬 This has been like this for weeks, absolutely disgusting Public toilets are disgusting, Elevators and/or escalators are constantly broken.
