Vicinity at Memorial Pointe is a fantastic and low maintenance place to live. It’s a clean and friendly complex with all the amenities you could ever want. I cannot wait for warmer temperatures to allow for the heated, salt water pool to open! We’re minutes from downtown and everything from groceries to lunch/dinner options are within a few minutes drive. Highly recommend.
I wish I could give more than five stars! I lived here for ten months, and I can't put into words how hard Michelle, Jen, and the maintenance team worked to make this apartment complex truly great. Recently, I had to terminate my lease due to a job relocation, and I’ve always dreaded the stress of dealing with double rent from past experiences. We had an incredible experience with Jennifer and Michelle at Vicinity! As one of the original tenants, we absolutely loved living here. The location is fantastic, and the amenities are both wonderful and eclectic, creating a unique and comfortable living environment. Jennifer and Michelle were extremely helpful throughout the entire touring and move in process. The apartments are very spacious and up to date. The property is well maintained and feels very safe!
