I've absolutely loved living here! The Vicinity is exactly what I was looking for in an apartment — modern, clean, safe, spacious, and well managed. Alyssa has been incredibly responsive and helpful both before move-in and throughout my time here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the complex is always well maintained. I just returned home from another one-week stay in the guest suite at Vicinity at Memorial Pointe, where my son has been living the past year and a half. I stay there every time I visit my son, which is 5-6 times a year, and the suite is wonderful. It’s a one-bedroom fully stocked apartment for family and friends of tenants. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything I need. Much nicer than a hotel. The apartments are very well built and the amenities are top quality. We have loved living here so far, and better yet Jennifer and Michelle are absolute rock stars! They take an active role in the management of the property and it shows. Could not recommend enough! Update 12/1/25: We recently moved out after buying a property, and it was a very bittersweet moment. Alyssa and Michelle do a wonderful job and the property is still well maintained and in great shape. Would still recommend!
