We bought a hot tub over a year ago now from Vici Hot Tubs and we have received nothing but excellent service throughout. The friendly family run business are all a pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much trouble. The hot tub we bought is fantastic and we have not had any problems at all. Vici Hot Tubs are amazing! I thought I wouldn't be able to have a hot tub in my garden due to poor access but they helped me sort out a super stylish, top quality option that looks incredible and is heavenly to use. I recommend them highly!
We first hired a LayZSpa from them over Christmas which was a great success. The team were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We then decided to purchase a more permanent hot tub and Vici were brilliant in helping guide us to as to the best position in our garden, best hot tub features and things to avoid etc. They made our decision easy and we now have a wonderful hot tub up and running - getting plenty of use!!
