Vici is by far the best place to workout! I went in to Vici overweight nervous to workout. No matter where you are in your journey the coaches embrace you and teach you how to work out and why your working out those areas. They also teach about nutrition and being healthy! The gym is like a family everyone helps you out and is welcoming! I have lost 40lbs and counting! Vici has helped me to learn I LOVE to workout!!
Love this gym and the workouts, great owners Ian and Kayla. Come check it out won't be disappointed.
