The customer service and quality of cuts has really gone down hill.
Somewhere along the line the quality of the cut and color, and customer service has shifted. The last time I was there, the owner started talking and joking with someone else while I was in the chair in the middle of a cut. This time she took someone who had a long color appointment while I was in her chair with a wet head, and I had arrived 25 minutes before that person.
