John is a great hairdresser! The salon is quiet as salons go, and the staff are very pleasant.
The quality of the cut is fine. The quality of the communication + client care was virtually nonexistent. I have felt more comfortable and attended in a Great Clips. After a brief consultation, I was led to a shampoo chair by my stylist. I was then left in that shampoo chair for 30+ minutes. Did my stylist have another client? No. She was just "folding laundry". Love the cut! Danielle was really wonderful with my 6 year old who chattered, sang, or giggled the entire time! They were able to get us scheduled quickly also.
