Somewhere along the line the quality of the cut and color, and customer service has shifted. The last time I was there, the owner started talking and joking with someone else while I was in the chair in the middle of a cut. This time she took someone who had a long color appointment while I was in her chair with a wet head, and I had arrived 25 minutes before that person. John is a great hairdresser! The salon is quiet as salons go, and the staff are very pleasant.

The quality of the cut is fine. The quality of the communication + client care was virtually nonexistent. I have felt more comfortable and attended in a Great Clips. After a brief consultation, I was led to a shampoo chair by my stylist. I was then left in that shampoo chair for 30+ minutes. Did my stylist have another client? No. She was just "folding laundry".
