I rented a 15-passenger van from a location. The check-in and check-out process was exceptional. The representative I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. I would go so far as to strongly recommend that she be promoted! She truly understands customer service, and others on the team could learn a lot from her. Your organization, like many others, could benefit from having more individuals like her on the team!
