Location is incredible, worst 5 star hote I’ve EVER stayed at. Terrible food, terrible amenities, tons of renovating and smelly hallways. 2/10
We did a roadtrip through CO and hotel hopped.. decided to splurge one night and picked Snowmass for its location close to Aspen. $600 for the night which seemed to be the average for nicer hotels in the area. Additional $109 for resort fees and valet parking. For $700+ it certainly did not live up to the expectations. Rooms were nice, shower had no light/wasn’t working. Our sheet was stained. We checked in on July 22nd after a 7 hour flight at 8pm into a a nice spacious two bedroom. The next morning we received calls from the management that they need to send a technician due to a leakage caused by our room. After unpacking ourselves we were told we need to switch rooms, being told they have exactly the same room with same floor plans available.
