We stayed in the Cirque building which is very new and the finishes are high end. The overall service from checkin to breakfast/dinner did not feel personal, all their staff was recently hired and needs more training. Toro was closed Monday night which was disappointing as Google maps shows its open all days. Food itself was alright, nothing memorable. The valet parking feels like a cash grab. Overall I wouldn't come back again.
