Viceroy gave us such a wonderful stay for our five year anniversary. The views were great, the rooftop pool was clean and very empty when we went in the morning, and the service was absolutely impeccable. We opted for the lake view and I can’t say enough how stunning it was to look at each morning. What really made our stay wasn’t so much the hotel as much as it was the service we experienced. We stayed here for my wife’s 40th birthday and overall had a good time, but a lot of little things added up. The positives: The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The food was solid, and the drinks were great. Housekeeping was attentive, and in general the property has potential for a great experience.
