Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy access to all that Chicago has to offer. Hotel is clean and has such nice amenities. Will definitely stay again for my next trip to Chicago.

Trying to figure out how they can charge plus$700 a night , if you are going to charge that rate a night, your service and amenities should be top notch. When we arrived after 4:00 , our room was not ready , keep in mind check in is 4:00, room was already paid for, she then said we can get you in at a lower level. We accepted. At the time of check in, they said please check out our rooftop bar , However ,they did not say you need a reservation. We paid over 700 a night and could not get into the bar!!!!
