Great in every way. Can't wait to go back: Sparkling clean, great bathroom (loved the products), comfy bed, beautifully appointed rooms (prettiest lights I've seen at a hotel), terrific food (french toast stands out), warm and inviting entry (and candy offered in the afternoon), and finally TERRIFIC staff.

Just got back home from my stay at the Viceroy. From when we arrived, valet was very attentive and very quick. But unfortunately we weren’t impressed with the rest of our stay. We did arrive at 2:30 online it says check in is at 3 and we were told our room was not ready yet. We were fine with this and were told that we would get a text when the room was ready for us. They did offer to hold on to our luggage which was nice. We ended up calling the desk at almost 6pm to see if our room was ready in which the front desk worker ... read more

My wedding planning company, Wedicity Wedding Planning & Design has hosted 2 weddings at the Viceroy and their team is SUCH a pleasure to work with! Most recently, we worked with Dulce who is an absolute GEM. She is so kind and really goes the extra mile in the name of Hospitality!! The space is perfect for a smaller wedding around 100 or so with a great outdoor terrace overlooking the city! 2nd stay at the Viceroy and again it was great. Easy check in, nice staff, beautiful and easy to use room. Clean, comfy bed and pillows. We hosted a corporate event on 18 and Randy, Kendall, Cecelia and Armando (and others) were fantastic. Huge thanks to them for a wonderful event.
