I waited 45 days for an appointment. I was forced to reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice. The next earliest appointment is another 40 day. Fok American Medicine and the American Health Care Act
Doctor Mendez and his staff took great care of me when I seized up in the office. There office is always clean and quiet. I have no complaints. 5 star all the way!
Very rude and inefficient staff,wait time 1 hour,and girl became defiant when I asked her how much longer,she said if I leave she will cancel the appt,I needed to get lunch for the kids,I waited 2 mo to see the dr. My advise,,,book someone else
I would like to take this opportunity to express my feelings about my experience with Dr Mendez and his staff. Dr Mendez is patient and supportive in all he does. He is knowledgeable in all areas of my health concerns and keeps on top of all my health concerns. His staff are cordial and mannerless. I would recommend Dr. Mendez to all. He is accessible and supportive.
