What I ordered based on an online picture is NOT what was received. Nor was it close to the online picture. If you can’t duplicate or come close to what you show online, you should tell the customer so that they can have the option to order something else or not order at all. I’m very disappointed in this florist. Beware before patronizing this florist. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. #falseadvertisement #dontorderviccideesflowers

I ordered a sympathy arrangement online. In the notes section, I indicated the day I wanted the arrangement delivered and asked for a picture to be sent to me. Well, neither of those two things happened. Granted the flowers did arrive in time for the visitation and funeral, i asked for it to be delivered the day before. When I called a out my issues, I spoke to Kelsey, supposedly the manager. She told me that she glanced at my note, but didn't read it. Very nice business. They caterer to your wishes. Some places give you what they want. This place listens and gives you what you want in at a very reasonable price. For your floral needs, these people are the best!
