I had never purchased a car without first seeing it in person. From the initial point of contact, Victoria was informative, engaging, down-to-earth, and most-importantly, honest. When my 1993 Viper RT/10 arrived, it was everything I’d hoped for and more. I would gladly do business with VICCI again!

I am not new to selling cars. What I am new to is an on line auction site that really cares about the seller and the buyer. At Vicci customer service comes first. Service does not end after the auction. I feel I have new partners in my business. The staff at Vicci are wonderful to work with. I have sold three cars through Vicci and plan to do many more. Victoria and Chris are a joy to work with! You will wish you did this sooner!

My experiences with Vicci Autoautions was excellent. Victoria was knowledgeable and honest, she managed expectation well, and I always felt informed and current on my car. She handled the advertising and evaluated buyers who were interested in my car. Vicci's handled the car excellently. Thank you for the wonderful professional support.

This place is sketch to deal with. Know nothing about cars. Veronica lady that answers the phones is professional but has no business being in the car world. Plus she holds the sellers info hostage. So she can make her fee. I’m sorry I like speaking to my sellers directly. Charges $500 as a buyer fee for absolute joke of service. Run away!
