Very nice and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and willing to explain and bid.
We hired VICC to grade and resurface our oil/chip driveway and sealcoat an adjacent asphalt apron. The experience and work product were awful in every way imaginable. It was to be completed in July, now early November as we pay them off to be rid of them. David Freesen is one of those owners who will promise you his personal involvement and supervision, then disappears once the deposit check is in hand. He is almost finished running daddy's business into the ground, and we have not enjoyed being part of this sad last chapter... read more
