Great people, great service! This is a family owned and opperated buisness, they have the friendliest people and a great idea what service is suppose to be. They work with your needs and find you want it is your really looking for and then help you get it. Thier service department and the people in there are a great help too. I just really loved the experience we had buying our first trailer. And they don't try topush anything on you either!! That's great.
We bought a travel trailer from Vicars and took delivery of it on June 9th 2022. Sales person ***** was told that we are moving and what address to mail the paperwork. They still sent the paperwork to the old address. Now the paperwork the is "lost". It is now July 18th and have not not been able to use the camper since the temporary tag expired. They said they put a trace on the missing paperwork and it is just "missing", however the post office said that ***** doesn't have tracking ability on mailed paperwork and the mail ... read more

When you purchased your RV it was explained to you all paperwork must match your Identification. If you would of liked the address to change on the paperwork you would have to go to the state office to change the address on your identification. You chose not to do this, and stated you still have access to the old address and everything would be fine. After visiting a huge RV sales place that was not a great experience, we decided to try Vicars RV sales in Taylor, MI. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The showroom is clean, modern and bright. We looked at a couple of units in the showroom and then was greeted by Sandy. We gave her an idea of what we were looking for and a budget and she showed us some units and other options and then ran some prices for us.
