My company, Brees Mantels, provides the mantles for Vicars' homes. Ryan is a great guy to work with. He is clear with me on what he wants, provides appropriate spacing for our product, gives good lead time, and pays his bills on time. The homes aren't finished when I'm there, but everything looks as it should for a work in progress.
We were very pleased with the home VC Built for us. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how smooth everything went. VC is a exceptional builder and I will recommend them to anyone needing a builder.
I wrote a detailed review on another site that the builder is working hard to dispute. They claim that my statements are false. I have nothing to gain by lying about them, so what I have said in my reviews are NOT false. The builder was constantly making excuses for delays during construction. We absolutely love the beautiful home they built for us. I will definitely recommend Vicars Construction to anyone looking for a professional, honest builder who does impeccable work!
We bought an older home and VC completely gutted the inside. We were very pleased and appreciated their suggestions that we would not have thought of. The molding is beautiful along with everything else. The next year we had them back to reface the outside and redo the landscaping. Our neighbors could not believe it was the same house. It was also done in a timely manner.
