The crew that worked our burned house was very courteous and thorough. They covered everything when cataloging our items, even digging through the ashes. Very well managed project.
Took a prolonged period of time to schedule someone to come out and mold test. No one followed up afterwards to let me know results. I had to reach out on 2 separate occasions to get the results. Don’t use this company if you want anything done a efficiently.
I had a small kitchen fire on 22 July. I called my insurance company. They send out Vicari & Runner LLC right a way. Vicari & Runner got started the next week. They took a stressful time and made it very better. They came and cleaned my entire house, painted my kitchen ceiling, even installed a drop in stove, and hauled away the burnt stove. A person from this company (Johnetta Brown according to the business card I was given) came and knocked on my door with a no soliciting sign less than 12 hours after a tree had fallen on my vehicle, garage, AND MYSELF. I am guessing they listen to the fire scanners as several fire trucks were dispatched since I was trapped under branches and to make sure the downed power line was safe.
