A person from this company (Johnetta Brown according to the business card I was given) came and knocked on my door with a no soliciting sign less than 12 hours after a tree had fallen on my vehicle, garage, AND MYSELF. I am guessing they listen to the fire scanners as several fire trucks were dispatched since I was trapped under branches and to make sure the downed power line was safe. Great guys to work with always making sure the clients needs are met.
I had water intrusion and buckling of wood floors, and they were out within 25 minutes of my after-hours call, explained everything beautifully about the increased moisture in the hardwood, and with their equipment, all the hardwood buckling after five days resolved and the moisture content decreased to normal! They were so professional and saved my having to replace all my hardwood floors. Thank you again.
