This place is horrible. Lauren is rude, tried speaking to the manager Gemma and it was a hard stop. She claims to own the place and nobody can get through. Called Los Angeles location to speak with manager and assistant manager was so eager to get me off the phone. Don't waist your money. Will definitely tell every person I come in contact of how I was treated by this place.

Worst place ever. Had my appointment as first time customer for 50% discount, but they used some bleach on my hair without my consent and charged me almost twice. Terrible service ever.
Love Aveda rosemary mint shampoo. Take out a loan for pricing. Oh my.
