Can’t thank Doug enough, literally went out of his way to help when he didn’t have to
Went and had my VIV inspection done here today, and it was absolutely amazing! Doug is such a nice humble welcoming person. Drove 1.5hrs and enjoyed every bit of it!… Now to all those people giving bad reviews, do a good job on your car and it will be passed! Its as simple as that! Cars that go through VIV must be in PERFECT condition! Dont give bad reviews for your own negligence! Once again, thanks doug! Absolute legend!!!!!!
Would not recommend this place, instead try 'LRH Automotive Services' in Frankston
This place is tremendously awful. Doug is extremely egotistical, extremely rude, yells at you, belittles you and makes you feel as if you know nothing and he knows everything. He failed my first inspection over literally nothing, this man bears strong powers he does not deserve, out of fear of him failing my inspection I did not speak up to him but now I can because my situation is all sorted out now. He failed my inspection because my wheel alignment was not in colour. I had to go and get my wheel alignment 3 times in order... read more
