On 7/7/2025, I took my 2018 RAV4 for a recall at Toyota of Boerne. The recall work was performed promptly and accurately. Call about a used car. Guy named Ricardo left me a message if I want to see the car it's parked in the back lot if I come up to see it to come to the front office. So me and my wife went to see it asked for Ricardo waited a few minutes he comes out says did you make an appointment if not he will make one for me this guy is out of his mind I drove a ways spent gas and time to go see it for him to say that.
