On 7/7/2025, I took my 2018 RAV4 for a recall at Toyota of Boerne. The recall work was performed promptly and accurately. This review is submitted because of the excellent service provided by my Service Provider, Clinton Ray. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly smile, and Clinton proceeded to efficiently and accurately process my reason for service. Call about a used car. Guy named Ricardo left me a message if I want to see the car it's parked in the back lot if I come up to see it to come to the front office. So me and my wife went to see it asked for Ricardo waited a few minutes he comes out says did you make an appointment if not he will make one for me this guy is out of his mind I drove a ways spent gas and time to go see it for him to say that.
