Very poor follow up. Spoke to a Robert about a truck I was interested in, he said he would call me back but never did, I tried to call him back to no avail. Called trying to speak to someone else but I would never get through, then someone would leave a voicemail for me the next day, tried to reach the new person and same thing, never heard back. I’m trying to give you my money but clearly the entire sales staff cannot be bothered to take it.
