Got rear ended in my Land Cruiser and wanted to ensure that I had OEM parts replaced. Vic Vaughn didn’t just deliver, they went above and beyond to ensure the repair was excellent. Even going as far as helping to re-fabricate my aftermarket accessories mounted on the rear end. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for collision work, hands down the greatest experience I’ve had in a long while. It’s refreshing to know there’s still humans out there that care.
Have never felt safer with leaving my car at a body shop. Layla was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She is extremely trustworthy and kept me updated on everything. Took in my vehicle for a warranty paint job and when I picked it up they left my car better than they found it. Cleaned up the interior to spotless and fixed a tiny issue with my seatbelt without me asking. Highly recommend working with this business and highly recommend working with Layla.

We used to come here because other Toyota locations we had very bad experiences. We had our car towed here they checked it and sent us a very high estimate which I don’t know if it’s like the normal estimate; we decided not to do the repair there and asked if car was able to be driven due to a Automatic Transmission Shift Control Cable problem they told us car would no be able to be driven so we towed it again back home; when car arrived my husband checked on the problem and he just put back cable where it was supposed to go... read more
