I only wanted 1-1/2 inches off my hair not 5 inches. It is so short. Why can’t hairdressers cut hair as requested? It took me over two years to grow my hair. The length I did. You took off more than 5 inches. My hair when dry hung down past my elbows now it’s at my shoulder blades. That was not one and a half inches. I’m highly upset and in tears.
