Vic and The guys at vics. They're nice, polite a quick response. They go their extra mile which is appreciated. If you need tires, this is where you need to call and go to or they come to you
Absolutely disappointed, 3rd time here and the customer service is terrible, first I call and they tell me they have the tire, then I get there and they tell me they have the tire, wait an hour, they start to mount the tire and it’s the absolute wrong size, they try to convince me it’s the same size tire although it was not, then to only tell me they have the right size but do not want to break the set!!…

Took two tires there to be mounted and rotated. A kid with glasses did the service. While unmounting one of the tires from the wheel, he broke the air sensor. I saw him trying to fix it, but he completely destroyed it. He then called Vic, the owner, to come down. While waiting for Vic, he suggested maybe another tire shop had damaged it, even though the tires were purchased new and had been on my truck for over a year with no problems.
