One of my favourite gyms in Montréal! Super friendly, accommodating staff, & instructors give you special guidance if needed. They also have a variety of classes to choose from. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to seriously improve your fitness!
Excellent gym with lots of equipment and relatively quiet.
Love the group classes here as well as the actual facilities of the gym and the view is amazing especially in the summer. Love the barre classes as well as the strength and conditioning classes. Coaches pay a lot of attention to form and technique.
Love this gym! The reception team is always there to greet you with a warm, welcoming hello. And if you haven’t taken a reformer class with Cihan yet—do it! He’s hands down the best in the city. You’ll be hooked after one class!
I come to Vic Studios mostly for my pilates classes with Sasha. She's amazing and I highly recommend her classes, it's open to all levels and I enjoy it so much, I started attending her Friday 6AM classes. The equipment is provided too so I don't need to bring anything but a water bottle and my own towel. That said, I don't have a regular membership at Vic Studios, and I think the facility is clean, has great lockers and I love to use the sauna after my pilates class.
