Every time I have a question about my policy, they never seem to have an answer, and act like it’s an inconvenience to help me. The only way I can seem to get help is if I call State Farm directly and talk to other offices. If you are looking for a new insurance agent, I would skip this one and keep looking.
Like always an awful experience. Victor was no help like always. He gave my family attitude and went on a rant because it was 4:30 on a Friday and he was not having it. Overall the whole place has no ability to run an office and the hours never are up to date, I’ve spoke about his unusual hours but they don’t seem to care. Horrible experience, I don’t recommend this agent at all.
