We purchased a home in Placitas, New Mexico in August 2019. Sometime in 2018 Vic Peery Construction put in 38 piers and charged the previous homeowner over $50K and came to find out, they do not warranty their work. Actually, they gave a ONE year warranty for the work, which is basically no warranty at all. Standard industry warrant is 5years, 10 years, or a lifetime. Be cautious using this company for foundation work.
