My friend needed a covid 19 recovery letter in order to travel back to her home country, the gp recommend me to go to this clinic to do a check up first, when I call the clinic the receptionist the person that answer the phone was extremely rude and barely let me finish the setence before hanging up the phone on me, terrible customer service on the phone.
The service offered is easily five star. Very clean professional setting.
Doctor was 35 minutes late. I can live with that. The doctor prescribed a medicine that has been out of stock for over two months with no other alternative to it available. This means my visit was virtually a waste of time. I rang and ask for the doctor to call me to offer some alternative but another doctor who I didn't see phoned and was useless.
