I brought my car in and they forgot to plug in the coolant hose. The engine started overheating, and when I confronted them, they tried to claim it was just a "coincidence" that it popped off on its own. Luckily, it didn’t get bad enough to blow the head gasket. Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance. Took the car in again for a squeaking noise. They diagnosed it as a $3,800 repair. That sounded ridiculous, so I took it to a different shop.
