Vic Metro completed restumping of our circa 1880 Victorian property at Black Hill VIC 3350. Ella assisted with everything from quote, permits & building inspection/sign off. The quote was competitive & we were informed all through the process of any additional work & costs. We recently had our weatherboard house underpinned & levelled by the team at VIC Metro. From the very beginning the customer service was exceptional! We recently had our brick home in Melbourne underpinned and leveled by Vic Metro. From the start our dealings with VicMetro were great with Shnai and Joe clearly explaining the process, and the team friendly, hardworking and respectful of our space. Despite a comprehensive assessment, our job became more complicated as additional issues were discovered (sewerage and stormwater pipes needed relining). Right from the start, they were clear about what needed to be done and kept me in the loop the whole way through. The team was friendly, easy to deal with, and really took pride in their work. They showed up on time and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left each day. The house feels so much more solid now and I’m really happy with how everything turned out.
