Just had my mother-in-law's car towed over there. And the service department was exceptionally fast on getting it repair. Thanks to everybody over there, the car is back up and running fine great job. Everyone.
I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience with the body shop at Vic Koenig Chevrolet. I paid approximately $2,700 to have the front bumper on my daughter’s car painted, expecting professional-quality work and customer service. Before the work even started, I mentioned my concern that the paint would likely need to be blended into the fenders and hood for the color to match correctly.
