Very good experience with Charlie. Communication was great all throughout the process. They have a wide range of hybrid flooring options which is what we got done for our entire home, replacing laminate and carpet. The installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. They were very organised with the plan through to finish. :)

I can’t express how fortunate I was to have chosen VIC Flooring Group as my installers and suppliers , they have helped me throughout my building stages , checking the subfloor, measuring , bringing samples on site to see if the colour would suit my house due to lighting. They had helped me every step of the way , very pleased with the end product, 10/10 would recommend them, and would definitely use them for any future projects.

I had come by in a few weeks ago to do my whole house. They were very professional to deal with. I had a couple of questions before they started about how they would manage a couple of things I thought may have made difficulties, but they were all over it and knew exactly what to do.
