While our initial visit was great, Naythan spent a lot of time with us, then when I came in to pay, another salesman said we were quoted the wrong price, I thought they should honor it, but no! Then we were given a run around on our order, promised a lot, and communication was awful. Picked up our order yesterday, still don’t know if it’s what we ordered, it’s still boxed up awaiting our carpenter. Won’t deal with them again, marginally better than Home depot.
Jeff S. at the Fenton location went above and beyond to assist me with getting a new faucet and all the necessary sink attachments when I was in a time crunch after my existing kitchen faucet broke. He was patient and kind with me and my 3 rambunctious children, who were in tow. I’ll definitely use Vic Bond Sales again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because the items cost more than I planned on spending, but the brand does come with a lifetime warranty.

Make sure you have someone help you that actually knows what they’re talking about. Asked the guy helping me for a part that he said didn’t exist. Me not knowing much about plumbing I bought what he said needed. Later returned it and someone else said “ that’s not what you needed… this is what you need”. Which was the part I asked for that I was told didn’t exist.
