We had a great experience with this supplier. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff, who was very helpful and informative. He is the only sales rep in the area who was able to supply me with the product I was looking for. He took the time to listen to our needs and provided excellent service. 10/10

I will never shop at Vicbond again. We were lied to, we were told our stuff was ordered. It was not they order from Kohler by semi load. When you give them the money for deposit your stuff may not be ordered for several weeks. This is not told to you on an honest level. When my product that was supposed to be in July 1 came August 15. It was damaged they refused to compensate me. However, Kohler sent me a check for $200 and apologized for them. While our initial visit was great, Naythan spent a lot of time with us, then when I came in to pay, another salesman said we were quoted the wrong price, I thought they should honor it, but no! Then we were given a run around on our order, promised a lot, and communication was awful. Picked up our order yesterday, still don’t know if it’s what we ordered, it’s still boxed up awaiting our carpenter. Won’t deal with them again, marginally better than Home depot.
