Friendly staff honest repairs
Came to Big Ten Tire and the service was AWESOME they fix my truck ligths doing an excellent job. Marcia was very professional and polite to us(as well as her techs), she offered us something to drink.They are the best in the Houston area highly recommended them.Go see them you won't regret it.
Saw a positive review in a neighborhood facebook group and took my 10 year old CRV for what I suspected was a bad starter. Marcia was friendly and professional. They diagnosed that it was a faulty starter and replaced it within a couple hours. Price was fair, work was quick.
Great service, fixed my car and it runs much better now. They kept me informed about the progress of my car along the way. Jessica was very friendly and was always smiling! Cute little homely office. Thanks Guys!!
