READ BEFORE HIRING Working with Vic Art has been a nightmare. Long story short: our chimney has a leak. Vic Art came out and said they could make the chimney functional again for $5000, or just fix the leak for $1000. We just wanted the leak fixed, and we were assured it would be fixed. A week later some guys come out and do roughly 40 minutes worth of work on the chimney (I was home sick and noted that they weren't here for very long).
