Vic Allen is doing a job for Lemmon development and refuse to control the fugitive dust problems. They do not care that it affects the neighborhoods physical health, mental health and is causing property damage. Fugitive dust is known to cause lung problems including cancer and even death, these particles are so fine they can even get in a persons blood stream. . To say we were robbed blind would be an understatement. We put our trust in this guy; that he knew what he was doing and would charge a fair price. We had not only one, but TWO 30-40 yr experienced contractors/excavators come look at his work & tell us it was subpar at best and didn't even fix our problem and never would. They also informed us that he overcharged us by thousands!! We have reached out to Vic numerous times with no hope for reconciling or getting any of our hard earned money back.
