Started talking to them on the basis that they were a local business and close. "Would only take 5-10 mins to have a quick look because I'm right around the corner from your office" was discussed. After one or two emails back and forth, and a phone call with the owner/tech (?), I get a phone call by a random number saying that the business owner/tech had broken a leg or arm, and that to I needed to continue with the random-number-guy now, I said fine. Vic Air installed a multi-head split system air conditioning unit in my 1930s art deco apartment in South East Melbourne. They were helpful, knowledgable and professional. I am very happy with the result, they took great care of my my heritage apartment. The installation looks neat and modern inside and out. Thank you Vic Air for the wonderful service, I will use you again for my next project and will happily recommend to my friends.
