Our split system unit started leaking when on heat mode. I contacted Vic Air and had an incredibly positive experience from the get go! They were quick to respond to my initial request, gave me a decent quote just based off some photos and were even able to mostly diagnose the problem via photos! They squeezed my job in, in between other jobs as they were fully booked at the time. Mitch has been phenomenal, great customer service and clearly really knowledgeable. Responsive and professional at all times. His technician Matt also did a great job at installing a split system, very communicative and handled the job expertly.
