Mitch did a great job guiding me through the a/c selection and install process. The guys installing did a fantastic job making sure everything was neat, done properly and paid attention to all the small details making it a professional job all round. Well done Vic Air! I would highly recommend 10/10

Our split system unit started leaking when on heat mode. I contacted Vic Air and had an incredibly positive experience from the get go! They were quick to respond to my initial request, gave me a decent quote just based off some photos and were even able to mostly diagnose the problem via photos! They squeezed my job in, in between other jobs as they were fully booked at the time.
