Mitch has been phenomenal, great customer service and clearly really knowledgeable. Responsive and professional at all times. His technician Matt also did a great job at installing a split system, very communicative and handled the job expertly. Started talking to them on the basis that they were a local business and close. "Would only take 5-10 mins to have a quick look because I'm right around the corner from your office" was discussed. After one or two emails back and forth, and a phone call with the owner/tech (?), I get a phone call by a random number saying that the business owner/tech had broken a leg or arm, and that to I needed to continue with the random-number-guy now, I said fine.
