1 star. Completely unprofessional New Year’s Eve operation. We arrived about one hour before midnight for the countdown and were denied entry because we only had one piece of ID. The problem is that nowhere on the ticketing page or event info did it state an age limit or that two pieces of ID were required. If you’re going to enforce an entry requirement, it needs to be disclosed clearly before people pay and show up.
