We just got the VZROCKET machine at our Crossfit gym and it is absolutely incredible! I have some kinks in my knees and hips and my coach has me stand on the machine for 10 mins and I feel a world of a difference. Completely loosens me up and gets rid of my stiffness. My body feels so much better after using this vibration plate. I use it after intense work outs too and it makes me feel as good as new. Mahalo for this awesome product!!
As a full time coach and athlete i have come to depend on WBVibration. VZ has very reliable products, as I have them in my CrossFit facility and they never die. They are very dependable and super intuitive to use. Once you get use to the therapy, you just get hooked. I super recommend VZ for Whole Body Vibration. Call me for more advise on these devices.
