It's an excellent place; the therapists are kind and genuinely care about your health. We've had the opportunity to visit many times, and the service is always outstanding! Thank you! I recommend them 100%.
They don't pick up the phone during the business hours. You need to leave a message and they will call you back the next business day. So, if you have any problems with your referral, or want to re-schedule an appointment your communication with them will be like that - ONE MESSAGE PER DAY. Because of that making an appointment can take you weeks. I am trying to make an appointment with them for a second week. They don't take referrals from patients. Initially it was hard to make my first appointment. I finally got to see Doris and she was able to help me resolve my trigger finger and gave me exercises to keep my arthritis in my fingers under control. The location was very convenient for me.
